Find a time that works for everyone
How it works
01
Pick your days
Choose the candidate days and how long the meeting needs to be.
02
Share one link
No accounts, no app. Everyone opens the same link and marks when they're available.
03
See the best timeslot
The grid darkens where the most people are available, so the best timeslot stands out.

FAQ
- Is Timeslots free?
- Yes — completely free and ad-free. There are no paid tiers, upsells, or trackers selling your data.
- Do I need an account?
- No. Nobody signs up. The organizer picks the days, shares one link, and everyone marks when they're available with just a name.
- Does it handle different time zones?
- Yes. Times show in the event's zone by default, and each person can flip the grid to view it in their own zone — every slot stays an exact instant, so nothing shifts by accident.
- Can everyone see who's available?
- The group grid is a heatmap that darkens where more people are available. Hover any slot to see exactly who marked it.
- Can someone overwrite my response?
- There are no accounts, so people are identified only by the name they type. To stop someone else from editing your response under the same name, set an optional password when you reply — only that password can change it.
- Can I remove a wrong or duplicate response?
- Yes. When you create an event, you get a private manage link (shown once — save it). It lets you delete any response.
- Why build this when Doodle and when2meet already exist?
- Doodle is buried in ads, and when2meet works but is ugly with poor UX. I couldn't find an alternative I liked, so I built my own.
